New research from Macmillan Cancer Support has revealed that nearly 2 in 3 UK residents have yet to write a will and make their final wishes known.***
Did you know that without an up-to-date will, the law can overrule a person’s final wishes and as a result leave possessions, money, property and even dependent children, with someone who they may not have selected?
This is why it’s so important to not only create a will including your final wishes, but to also update your will at least every five years to ensure what is written is still relevant.
